Cindy Taylor is the founder of Full Extent Coaching & Consulting, where she partners with professionals, leaders, and organizations navigating growth, change, and increasing complexity.
Her work brings together executive coaching, leadership and professional development, organizational effectiveness, change management, and facilitation—allowing her to see both the individual and the larger system in which they lead and work.
Cindy's approach combines warmth and thoughtful challenge with practical insight. She helps clients create greater clarity, strengthen their capabilities, and move forward in ways that are intentional, aligned, and sustainable.
Cindy spent over 18 years in organizational development, change management and professional development in the financial services, technology and professional services industries before founding FEC in 2015.
